MBKM (Freedom Campus Independence Learning) at Sugarcane Research Centre Sukosari, Lumajang

Bachelor of Accounting students, namely Rafif Asyam Bahi, Firjon Jonatan, and Mar'atus Sholeha took part in the MBKM (Freedom Campus Independence Learning) program initiated by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology, hosted by the Sugarcane Research Centre Sukosari, Lumajang from August until November 2023. The Activities we carried out during the internship starting on 10 August 2023 were observing the stages of the process of cultivating sugarcane and banana plants to marketing and also places per sub-section of plant cultivation such as the soil and fertiliser laboratory, the laboratory where plant seeds, green houses, vegetation display cases and so on. In addition, observing how to introduce and promote products produced and owned by the Sugarcane Research Centre Sukosari, Lumajang which have been diversified such as banana stick products, banana rice, processed products from sugar cane to outside guests who come to the Sugarcane Research Centre Sukosari, Lumajang attractively and also determine the price of products to be sold / marketed by considering the cost of sales of products produced by the Sugarcane Research Centre Sukosari, Lumajang.
